Cancellation
Returns
If the Product received in damage condition, it
must be reported to us through Register email ID or raise support ticket
from website only or sent it to via email at (bfootindia@gmail.com) within 48 hours of
delivery with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures
and shipping label must to record unboxing video without any cut in one shoot.
Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:
1.
Product is damaged/defective.
If the received order is damage (not useable
condition) or defective piece received, customer have to reported to company
within 2 working days and verified by us, customer will received full refund.
2.
Differ from the description on the
website.
In the case of receive different model or
different specification from ordered item customer can claim for return and
replacement only if machine is not in similar functions, delivered item may be
vary or some changes in specifications and brands as manufacturer upgrade or
availability of stocks.
3.
Wrong item delivered/Wrong Size.
If the Model received is different from
what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical
specifications, Toolsvilla offers a full (no questions asked)
replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However the incident has to be
reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images &
videos.
In the above conditions if any one or all condition meet,
customer can claim for return and replacement of order, if the item is not in
stock for replacement or substitute item, customer is free to claim for refund.
Return will not imply if However for Machines, Tools,
Equipment, Spares or Accessories the color and brand of the product might vary
depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.
Note - In case of any Concern raised Customer
must share a opening/unboxing video starting from company packaging of the
product with the customer support team .
Returning Process
There are 2 ways to Return the product if company
and seller verify the valid reason of returning the item. One is to return the product from our
side where we send the courier partner and get the product picked up from
customers. However, in some cases if we cannot provide return service then
customer needs to send the product to provided seller address or company wear
house from via India post. Once, the product is received by us in original
condition, then we will reverse the courier charges only for India post.
Cancellations
Bigfoot India offers a full refund in case the cancellation
request is made before the dispatch of the product. However for heavy shipments
(Above 10 kgs) cancellation requests have to be made within 24 hours of
ordering the product.
In case of Cancellation requests after the product has been
dispatched, a courier fee would be deducted for heavy shipments (Above 10kgs).
However, the estimate delivery date can be change due to some unexpected events
with carrier.
After Dispatch order wouldn't cancel if customer will return
the shipment then cancellation charges can apply as per value of shipment or
charged by carrier.
Refund
In Prepaid Orders case customer if user did payment through
payment gateway integrated by us following the RBI guidelines will reflect the
refund in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the
transaction amount.
In case of any kind of refund in an EMI transaction,
interest already billed in a particular transaction is not refundable under any
circumstances. While you will not be charged a processing fee for availing EMI
option, the interest charged by the bank shall not be refunded by company.
In case of cash on delivery payment (COD payment), we will
only initiate an NEFT/IMPS or bank transfer to your bank account. Bigfoot India

In the case of Return orders and refund process Once the
return process is done and product received in original condition at
destination. Then customer have to share the Courier slip along with
the following bank details at bfootindia@gmail.com
bank details must contain the following details
1. Account number
2. Account holder name
3. IFSC Code
Once the order gets cancelled/Returned, amount will be
refunded to the customer with in 6-7 business days
Bigfoot India reserve the right to change or terminate the
policy at any time without any prior notice or information.
